English Soccer Schools Individual Training Program:
English Soccer Schools, individual training program gives players the dedicated time with a coach that they may not get in a regular coaching session. It enables the coach to identify and work on intricate parts of the players game and really focus on improving the player. The whole session is focused on that individual player and what they need to work on and refine.
Individual work is an important part of any players development, whether that is working on there own, with a parent or with a coach. Players cannot rely on just there club training if they want to achieve their potential in the game. Our individual training program is designed so that players can work on their own and is specifically designed for that player and their own individual needs.
Who is the English Soccer Schools Individual Training Program for ?
The program is for any player from ages 6-25 years of age who is looking to improve there game. All we ask is that the player has a good attitude and must be commited to working hard during the sessions and commited to doing the training plan between sessions. Without the hard work and commitment the player will see less improvement and is a waste of the coaches time and the players and parents money.

High school players looking to get ready for the new season.
College players looking to hit the ground running in there 1st season playing college.
Teenage players getting ready for travel tryouts.
Young inexperienced players looking to get more comfortable on the ball and master the ball.
What does the English Soccer Schools Individual Training program include ?
The program includes;

Training Sessions may include the following based on what the player needs;
- Technical work & Mastering the Ball - Ball mastery, First Touch, Dribbling/Running with the ball, Turns, Passing & Finishing.
- Tactical & Game Understanding - Position specific elements of the game, and off the ball movement.
- Game-realted fitness - Depending on age may be position specific.
- Game-related Speed, Agility and Quickness work (With and without a ball).
- Sports Psychology and Managing the game.
- Injury Prevention/Strengthening Exercises.
Training Plan and Training Videos;Players will be given an in depth training plan to support their weekly sessions. Like the session the training plan, will progress and add complexity as the player goes through the program and becomes more technically astute. This enables the players to practice on their own and work on the things that were worked on during the session so that they can master these skills.
The Training Videos are there to support and clearly show what the player will be working on during the Training Plan. It enables the player to ensure they are following the training plan correctly and enables them to self-correct if needed, by looking at the videos.
How long do English Soccer Schools Individual Training Programs Last?Typically a program lasts anywhere from 4-10 sessions with training sessions once or twice a week, although we have had players do 3 sessions a weeks in the past. We recommend that sessions should be a minimum of 4 session so that the players get as much benefit from program as possible. Ultimately the progress a player makes is down to there dedication to working hard during the sessions and when following the training plan.
